What if I need changes later?

We support every client free for the first 30 days. After that we work hourly or through a monthly Care plan. Growth includes 1 dev hour a month, Scale includes 3 - Care covers hosting, monitoring and support only, with no dev hours included. Anything beyond the included hours (or without a plan) is billed hourly, and the rate depends on who's doing the work - design, development and devops have different rates.

How much does a website cost?

Every project is quoted, not sold off a fixed list - a presentation site, an online store and a booking app are very different builds. Tell us what you need and you get an exact, fixed quote, usually within a day or two, no obligation. Ongoing hosting and care are a separate monthly plan, with prices shown up front on our pricing page.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Websites, online stores, booking platforms, custom CMS setups and bespoke web apps - plus the hosting, domain, email and SEO around them. If it runs in a browser and helps your business, we most likely build it. Not sure where your idea fits? Send it over and we'll tell you honestly.

What do you need from me to get started?

A short brief on what you do and what you need - through our form or a quick call. Anything you already have helps: text, logo, brand colors, photos and examples of sites you like. Don't have it all? That's fine - we can write the copy and shape the design with you.

Is hosting included in the price?

Accepted Answer

The build sets up hosting, your domain and email. The domain is included for the first year (renewal is about €15-30/year after that, depending on the extension). Hosting is free the first month, after that it runs through a monthly plan, which also keeps your email, backups, monitoring and updates going - prices are shown up front on our pricing page.

Can I migrate from WordPress?

Absolutely. Content migration is part of the standard process. Your old site keeps running until the new one is live - zero downtime.

Do I get my own client portal?

Yes. Every client gets a portal to follow the project, see invoices, request changes and open support tickets - everything in one place instead of scattered across emails and chats.
