Your site isn't left on its own after launch - support and changes go through a monthly care plan, or by the hour. Race includes 1 dev hour a month and Marathon includes 3 - Start covers hosting, monitoring and support only, with no dev hours included. Anything beyond the included hours (or without a plan) is billed hourly, and the rate depends on who's doing the work - design, development and devops have different rates.

Every project is quoted, not sold off a fixed list - a presentation site, an online store and a booking app are very different builds. Tell us what you need and you get an exact, fixed quote, usually within a day or two, no obligation. Ongoing hosting and care are a separate monthly plan, with prices shown up front on our pricing page.

We can also design your logo and set up your Google Business Profile. If it runs in a browser and helps your business, we most likely build it. Not sure where your idea fits? The build sets up hosting, your domain and email. The domain is included for the first year (renewal is about €15-30/year after that, depending on the extension). Hosting runs through a monthly plan, which also covers daily backups, monitoring and updates - prices are shown up front on our pricing page. Billing starts the day your site goes live, and if seven days or fewer are left in that month, those days are on us.

It is a web app first: your customers book on your domain from any phone or computer, and your staff work in their own dashboard. Both come with every booking project. A real iOS and Android app, installed from the App Store or Google Play, is a separate build with its own quote. It is not in the starting price, but it can go in the same package, and its upkeep is agreed separately.
